By accessing or using Hashtag Hero ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before using the platform.
1. Use of the Service
Hashtag Hero grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for your personal or business LinkedIn content management. You may not resell, sublicence, or otherwise exploit the Service for commercial purposes outside your own organisation.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use. Hashtag Hero is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this obligation.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to post content that is unlawful, defamatory, misleading, or in violation of LinkedIn's own terms of service. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that breach these rules.
4. LinkedIn API
The Service uses the LinkedIn API. Your use is also subject to LinkedIn's terms and policies. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by LinkedIn Corporation.
5. Intellectual Property
All content you create and publish through Hashtag Hero remains yours. We claim no ownership over your posts, ideas, or brand assets. Our platform, code, and design remain the property of Hashtag Hero Ltd.
6. Payment & Cancellation
Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. You may cancel at any time. Upon cancellation, you retain access until the end of your current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial months.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hashtag Hero shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you via email of any material changes. Your continued use of the Service after such notification constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
